Chinese Arts Centre is holding its first ever fundraising art auction. The auction is an important new way for us to raise funds to support our artistic programme. Featuring donations from 29 artists it offers an excellent opportunity to invest in art works by emerging and internationally acclaimed artists while supporting the Centre’s work.

Chinese Arts Centre is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting contemporary Chinese art. Over the last 24 years it has actively supported Chinese artists through a dynamic programme of activity, which has included temporary exhibitions, a live/work residency programme, workshops, a live art festival, publications, talks and symposia.

Proceeds from the auction will support cutting-edge developments in our artistic programme and allow us to develop new commissions in collaboration with the most exciting new talent emerging from the dynamic contemporary Chinese art world.

Artists who have very generously donated works are:
anothermountainman (Stanley Wong), Suki Chan, Gordon Cheung, Luke Ching, Gayle Chong Kwan, Yingmei Duan, Philippa Hadley Choy, He Chengyao, Peiyuan Jiang, Stella Lai, Anthony Lam, Lee Kit, Dinu Li, Ma Yongfeng, Mad For Real – Cai Yuan and Jian Jun Xi, Mao Yanyang, Pak Sheung Chuen, Ed Pien, Yan Preston, Karen Tam , Karen Tang, Mediha Ting, Alma Tischler Wood, Tsang Kin-Wah, Wang Jun, Tasha Whittle (TXLW), Ming Wong, Christine Wong Yap, Wen Wu.
